Chakras represent energy centers in the body. Each of the seven primary Chakras correspond to a different area of the body and different emotional and spiritual needs for optimum health. From your “root” chakra all the way up to your “crown,” these energy centers may become imbalanced with day-to-day life in the real world. If one chakra is imbalanced, the chakras above it frequently become that way, too.
We are going to use the Chakra system as a tool to help use rocks and oils practically in our emotional and spiritual life.
